Chang Zheng Pharmaceutical Corporation, part of the Wu Zhong Group is located in SuZhou, approximately 50 miles east of Shanghai. Cinkate and Chang Zheng established a contractual joint venture in 1999, establishing Chang Zheng-Cinkate Pharmaceutical Corporation. Under the leadership of Zheng Yan, Cheng Zheng has provided high quality bulk drug and formulation services for the Airohua® product. Dr. Yan supervised the establishment of a new GMP bulk drug and formulation facility meeting US FDA specifications and has risen to become the Director of the pharmaceutical arm of the Wu Zhong Group.
